SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) - Both presidential candidates continue to blaze a trail through the swing state of Ohio.
Republican nominee Mitt Romney made a stop in Sidney Wednesday evening to talk about the economy with Shelby County farmers. Agriculture is the largest industry in Shelby County.
He also stressed the importance of job creation in Ohio. The Sidney stop comes on a second day of campaigning in Ohio for Romney.
He started his day Wednesday in Mt. Vernon, Ohio at a town hall meeting. He told the crowd that his "whole passion is about helping the American people who are struggling right now."
Romney is now scheduled to make an appearance in Lebanon on Saturday, October 13 outside of the Golden Lamb restaurant, a popular spot for candidates and presidents alike.
Meanwhile, President Barack Obama took a break from campaigning Wednesday the day after a campaign stop at The Ohio State University.
