Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest 2010

1. WDTN-TV is conducting a contest called Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest.

2. Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest is open to all persons 18 and over.

3. Employees and their immediate families of LIN, WDTN-TV, its affiliates, contest sponsors, as well as employees of other Dayton broadcast entities and their families are not eligible to win.

4. No purchase is necessary to participate in the contest. Void where prohibited by law. Website users may submit up to 3 entries per household per day. Enter as many times as you wish by mail. Previous contest winners must allow at least six months to participate in any other WDTN contest.

5. Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest begins Wednesday, February 3, 2010 and ends at 12:00pm on Friday, 26th, 2010.

6. To enter, viewers should log onto wdtn.com and click on the “Contest” tab. To enter by mail, send a postcard with your name, address, phone number to: Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest c/o WDTN Television, 4595 South Dixie Drive, Dayton, OH, 45439.

7. All entries must be received by 12:00pm on Friday, February 26th, 2010. WDTN will notify the winners by phone and/or email and post the winner’s name on the contest site. Tickets will be available for pick up at WDTN-TV Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.

8. WDTN will randomly select one (1) winner each Friday (2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26) from valid entries to receive two (4) tickets to the Dayton Home and Garden Show taking place February 26-28, 2010 (3 days) at the Dayton Convention Center. Total value of (4) tickets is approximately $24.

9. WDTN-TV may make such amendments and alterations to the contest rules as may be necessary to conduct the contest in a fair and orderly fashion. WDTN-TV’s management, at its discretion shall determine any dispute concerning these rules or the conduct of the contest.

10. The contest winners in the Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest agree to release WDTN-TV, LIN Television, and any other sponsors that might become associated with this contest from any liability and/or injury which may result from their participation or involvement in this contest. The winners agree to give the right to announce his or her name and city of residence live on the air and in recorded announcements, and to use his or her name, city of residence, image, voice or other likeness, in any advertising and/or other promotional material which may be deemed reasonable by WDTN-TV for promotional purposes.

11. Entrants agree to hold WDTN, LIN, sponsors, their affiliates and their agencies harmless of any and all liabilities in regards to Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest and events.

12. Copies of these rules may be obtained, free of charge, on the wdtn.com Dayton Home and Garden Ticket Contest page or at the WDTN-TV studio, 4595 South Dixie Dr., Dayton, OH, 45439, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5:30 p.m. Limit one copy per household.
