Michelle Kingsfield can be seen weekdays on 2News at 5:00pm and 11:00pm and at 10:00pm on Dayton's CW, WBDT-TV.
 
Kingsfield joined the 2News team in October 2007, but already called Dayton home. Michelle worked at WKEF-TV and WRGT-TV in Dayton since 1999, where she co-anchored the 6:00pm, 10:00pm and 11:00pm newscasts.  She also worked at WXLV-TV in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and KODE in Joplin, Missouri.
 
Michelle graduated from the University of Missouri with Bachelor of Science degree. Kingsfield is on the board of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and is involved with many other local charities including the March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society
           
In 2004, Kingsfield was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma while pregnant with her second child.  She delivered a healthy son in 2005 and remains in full remission.  Kingsfield has two sons.
